Josie is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Professional Midwife. She grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota and went to college at the University of Montana before moving to Seattle. Josie graduated from Bastyr University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine, and her Midwifery Certification. Josie's love for Naturopathy and Midwifery stems from a desire to promote health with minimal intervention and maximum cost effectiveness- natural remedies treating the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. Josie and her husband are excited to be living in such a beautiful and friendly area. They are avid climbers and runners, enjoy the outdoors, cooking, and good coffee.
