Turn the Tide Health Collaborative was formed by a committed group of alternative and complementary health care practitioners to offer a different way of delivering health and wellness services.

For years, each of us has quietly structured various barter arrangements for patients without insurance, working with them to find creative ways to get them the care they need, but can't afford. Turn The Tide came out of a growing recognition that a formalized barter-based system might be the best answer.

We provide the health and wellness services, you pay it forward with a service you can perform--gardening, handyman services, driving, baking, arts and design--whatever skills you can deliver, to a collaborative network of hundreds of members.
